Jeff Lee has over 30 years of development and brokerage real estate experience in Northern California. Prior to co-founding Cypress Properties Group in 2010, Mr. Lee was a Senior Director of Real Estate Development for Opus West. Prior to Opus West, Mr. Lee was Vice President of Development for Catellus Development Corporation based in San Francisco and First Vice President at CBRE Commercial. Mr. Lee has been responsible for all phases of the real estate development process for over 16 million square feet of office and industrial properties in the Bay Area. Mr. Lee and Cypress Properties Group is a member of 1% for the Planet an organization founded by Yvon Chouinard of Patagonia and takes an active role their real estate and environmental endeavors. Mr. Lee received his B.S. in Business Management from California University at San Luis Obispo.

Chris Wight has over 25 years of commercial real estate experience including development, capital markets, brokerage and management. Prior to co-founding Cypress Properties Group in 2010, Mr. Wight was the founder of Epic Commercial Real Estate targeting “value-added” investments, land developments, and redevelopment of retail, office, and industrial properties in Northern California. Mr. Wight continues to own and manage this portfolio of properties acting as the Managing Member for various partnerships. Prior to Epic Commercial, Mr. Wight was Senior Director in the Capital Markets Group with Cushman & Wakefield and Colliers International, in San Francisco. Mr. Wight completed over $5 billion in institutional investment sales in this role. Prior to Colliers International, Mr. Wight was Vice President with Reynolds and Brown Development Company where he was responsible for the development and marketing of regional and community shopping centers. Prior to joining Reynolds and Brown, Mr. Wight was Vice President with Wells Fargo Realty Finance in San Francisco, responsible for disposition of commercial real estate assets owned by the bank, (ORE). Mr. Wight is on the Board of Directors for the Telegraph Business Improvement District (TBID) in Berkeley. He is also a member of Urban Land Institute (ULI), International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), and past president of the Belden Club in San Francisco. Chris received a B.S. in Finance from Oregon State University and San Jose State University in 1985, and is a licensed California real estate broker.
Director of Construction
Bill has over 30 years of experience in the construction industry. Before joining Cypress, he was vice president of construction at Meridian Property Company and responsibled for managing all aspects of project delivery, including budgets, schedules, process and quality. He is a seasoned design and construction executive with expertise in design build, government entitlement, project management and estimating. He brings his expertise to all project phases from design concept through construction completion offering more than thirty years of insight and experience to every project. Prior to working for Meridian, he was Director of Construction at Catellus. He has completed numerous manufacturing, warehouse, research, mixed use, and corporate office projects. With a detailed understanding of the design-build process, Bill contributes to all phases of the construction process, including negotiations with local government agencies for planning approval and building permits. Prior to joining Catellus, Bill owned and managed his own construction company in the San Francisco Bay Area. Bill has constructed over 1,000 buildings, the majority of which were design/build negotiated contracts. Bill received a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering at Valparaiso University in Valparaiso, Indiana and an MBA from Golden Gate University in San Francisco, California.
Pam Olson, CPA
Third Party Accounting – GS Management
Pamela L. Olson, CPA, is Vice President of Finance and, as such, she is responsible for overseeing the portfolio financial statement preparation and accounting operations. Ms. Olson is located in our Bend, Oregon office where she effectively telecommutes with our clients and the GSMC team. Ms. Olson specializes in real estate issues with an emphasis on partnership accounting. This experience allows her to coordinate and prepare all of the audit and tax reporting, as well as the accounting set up of new entities. Prior to joining GS Management Company in 1993, Ms. Olson was a Senior Tax Accountant at Arthur Andersen & Company. Ms. Olson received her degree in Business Economics with an emphasis in Accounting from the University of California, Santa Barbara.

Beverly J. Howell is Chief Operating Officer and a principal of GS Management Company. Ms. Howell has worked in commercial real estate since 1983. Prior to GS Management Company she was the principal of a local property management company, which merged with GSMC in 1996. From 1985 – 1992 she was a Portfolio Manager with Koll Management Services overseeing an extensive industrial and office portfolio in the East Bay. Ms. Howell received her Bachelor of Science Degree in Business with an emphasis in Accounting from San Francisco State University.
