Chris Wight has over 30 years of experience in all disciplines of commercial real estate including Development, Banking, Capital Markets, Brokerage and Asset Management. Mr. Wight was a Senior Vice President at Wells Fargo Realty Finance working out of the corporate headquarters in San Francisco. He also worked as a Senior Director in the Capital Markets group at both Cushman & Wakefield and Colliers International in San Francisco responsible for structuring large institutional transactions. He has also worked as a “ground-up” developer for Reynolds and Brown Development in the SF Bay Area.

Jeff Lee has over 30 years of development and brokerage real estate experience in Northern California. Prior to Co-founding Cypress Properties Group, LLC in 2010, Mr. Lee was a Senior Director of Real Estate Development for Opus West. Prior to Opus West, Mr. Lee was Vice President of Development for Catellus Development Corporation based in San Francisco and First Vice President at CBRE Commercial. Mr. Lee has been responsible for all phases of the real estate development process for over 16 million square feet of office and industrial properties in the Bay Area.Mr. Lee and Cypress Properties Group is a member of 1% for the Planet, an organization founded by Yvon Chouinard of Patagonia, and takes an active role in their real estate and environmental endeavors. Mr. Lee received his B.S. in Business Management from California Polytechnic University at San Luis Obispo.
